Jon established JDT in 1993 and has been in the industry 23+ years. Jon wanted to start a company that could pride themselves on quality craftsmanship using industry leading materials. Through the years he has developed strong relationships with many customers who have grown with the organization. Jon joined the US Navy shortly after graduation and served in California and Puerto Rico as a rescue swimmer, and an aviation electronics specialist on H-3 helicopters.

Graduating from Philadelphia University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Jonathan has worked in residential architecture and construction since 1999. Raised in a construction family, Jonathan has been exposed to construction techniques for practically his entire life. In 2008, he started his own construction company, which he merged with JDT in 2014. Since then, Jonathan has designed and managed residential construction for JDT.
VP of Commercial Sales and Operations
Rob oversees quality control as well as P&L responsibilities for JDT. He graduated from Villanova University and is certified in construction and facilities management, ACI and snow removal procedures.
Rob has spent over 30 years in the construction/facilities management industries. His dedication and focus is centered around value engineering, problem solving, budgeting, team building and ensuring best-in-class quality service while delivering cost-effective solutions.
Manager of Business Administration
Jaime Pizzi has been working with JDT since 2009 as our Manager of Business Administration. She manages the day to day internal operations, works diligently to improve processes and policies, oversees staff, and leads our long-term organizational planning. Jaime also handles our accounting, advertising, and marketing needs and coordinates all JDT events. Because every day is different, Jaime loves the challenge of taking on new projects, while working with a fun and diverse group of employees.
